Heavy bag training when you need it, where you need it. This stand is easy to assemble/disassemble and can be placed anywhere you need to train. The steel tubing utilized in its construction can handle bags up to 100 lbs.

The bottom of the unit features three free weight pegs to help reduce shifting during workouts. The speed bag platform can be adjusted to accommodate any adult height.
