Many hanging bags and even freestanding bags are limited in their striking area. A reduced striking area naturally limits the amount of techniques you can do. This bag goes practically from floor to head height (76" tall) and provides a superb range of techniques and training methods.

The bag itself is constructed with synthetic leather and is filled with durable foam. The basin is hard plastic and can be filled to a solid 300+ lbs, which prevents shifting during training. The neck of the unit is flexible and comes with an attachable foam collar.
