The Introspective @philbaroni
By Brandt DeLorenzo on Jun 23, 2010
With hundreds of MMA fighters actively Tweeting their lives away every day on Twitter while discussing training and upcoming fights, it’s easy to overlook the guys who are just hanging out and offering some words of wisdom to the rest of us. One of those guys is none other than the New York Badass, Phil Baroni. Known for his trash talking and walking into fights with a lot of bling throughout the past decade, Baroni is a very active member of the MMA Twitter community. And unlike some Tweets from fellow UFC fighters (like this gem from Tom Lawlor), Baroni has been Tweeting a little bit of what is on his mind and how MMA has made his life so great.

If you haven’t begun using Twitter yet, I’d suggest you start now. It’s a great way to stay in touch with fighters and fellow MMA fans. If you need a list of over 350 MMA fighters on Twitter, just click here.

This guy should be called the New York Dumbass. The guy is about as smart as Rampage Jackson or James Toney, possibly even stupider.
What kind of Badass has lost half of his fights? Just saying.
Really?
You post that after the tweet he put out.
What’s funny is I’m sure you would never say that stuff his face. Grow up douchbag.
Yeah, I didn’t really understand that reply either. Baroni’s Tweet was intelligent and interesting, I thought.
