The two fights that really stood out on the main card were Silva vs. Arlovski and Overeem vs. Rogers. First who would have thought Arlovski would be dominated that much in the stand up game? I think that it is because he has so focused on boxing in the past years that he has let all of his other skills go to waste. I mean the boxing vs. MMA debate can go on for years but they are two different sports and the prep for both is significantly different.
As far as Overeem vs. Rogers, Alistar basically said what he was going to do. He was in no danger what so ever. He also showed that Rogers has a long way to go to be a elite mixed martial artist. He has size and power which are always dangerous, but his skill level is just not there yet.
