As far as the LHW's and for that matter MMA PPV draws Randy is in the top three of all time (Liddell, Lesnar, and Tito being the other big ones). Couture defeats Toney he may just get the shot because he may never get another one and it would still be a big draw PPV wise. Wait too long and that window may close. And lets face it with GSP vs. Kos for the title in the future the UFC really is not concerned with legitimacy when it comes to title contention. Kos is the most marketable welterweight at the moment (Daley would've been with the whole Britain vs. Canada aspect) but is he really number one?
