How to Defend the Flying Armbar

I’ve had the opportunity to train with a lot of awesome Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu guys. One of them is Eduardo Rocha brownbelt Stephan Goyne. Stephan is an amazing instructor and truly one of the best grapplers I’ve had the opportunity to work with, as well as a world class guy. He competed at Copa Pacifica in Los Angeles over the weekend and won his division, earning his fourth stripe at brownbelt. What’s most impressive, though, is his style.
