Yes he was KO'd those 3 times, but in that span he also had that fight with Wanderlai. Tito on the other hand can not stand with a striker of average ability (i.e. Forrest) nor could he keep him on the ground. Ortiz has not won a meaningful fight in years and Chuck has had his number. But for arguments sake if he were to defeat Chuck he would be right in the number one contenders slot easily. Especially if Machida wins against Shogun, because Ortiz had a decent showing against him in their first match up and would help sell a ton of PPVs.
