I think this will be a great fight putting both of these fighters against someone that is as close to equal size and power as possible. Both are explosive and have the most knockout power in the sport or close to. Neither are great talents but I'm with abdul though: Carwin within 3 of the 1st.

I think what you failed to understand is being in trouble and getting out of it shows what kind of fighter Carwin is. Brock has never been in trouble before and frankly with coutour fight if coutour had been more discipline and not just lie down and the mat and getting pounded out he would have won that fight. Lesnar not only look slow he was tired. On the the hand Gonzaga felt the sheer power of Carwin when he muscle his way to his feet. And if you were paying attention in that fight, Gonzaga did not pull away Carwing got to his feet and shoved Gonzaga back like a piece of paper. Carwin not only will be stronger than lesnar he is more explosive and not to mention brock has never face a guy of that sheer size, agility, power, and relentless restling skills as Carwin. This fight will last 3minutes 29secs, if it goes that far. You watch and see Lesnar will be on his back before he realise what hit him. Carwin in first round

I watched the Gonzaga fight and frankly Carwin was getting the worst of it until Gonzaga made the mistake of attempting to go toe to toe with Carwin at close range after coming out of the clench. You could see that shot coming from a mile away.
No doubt Carwin has a good right, and he finally beat someone of note. But Brock's last two fights were more impressive to me not only in the caliber of talent but in the implementation of good tactics and the obvious growth in Brock's skill sets. Every fight Brock is getting better, smarter, and stronger. When Carwin and Brock fight, I think Brock will be more cautious and stick with what works, remembering his first fight with Mir. This will be the difference. From what I have seen, Carwin appeared a bit raw or perhaps less disciplined/intelligent in this last fight than Lesnar looked in his last couple of fights, even though Carwin has more MMA experience. In so many words every fight Lesnar has been in he was in control against a much better overall field of talent. He improved through each fight, stuck to his fight plan, and appears more disciplined/ aware than Carwin. Of course until the fight begins all is opinion.

PS If Gonzaga would have fought intelligently this one might have turned out differently or at least would have lasted longer.
