UFC 101 Live Coverage: Weigh-ins, pictures, and people.

The festivities have kicked off here in PA, and I am here covering every bit of the action. Today was an interesting one. The UFC is doing their share to make sure that this show is a great one. They started the day off with an autograph session and…
more after the jump…
My wife and I decided that we were going to make a day out of the weigh-ins so we headed to get in line early. This proved to be the best decision of the day. We arrived around 11:15 and the line was already about 30 deep. An hour later, it was around the building and every bit of 500 deep.
To our right was another line for an autograph session with Frank Trigg, Matt Serra, Jon Jones and more. However, this would put us out of the line for seats, and we wanted to be in front.
Prior to the weigh-ins was a question and answer session with Dana White. He hit some traffic but made it about 20 mins late. Dana did confirm Tito vs. Coleman, UFC will be heading to Pittsburgh, Hawaii, Brazil, and Puerto Rico, that M-1 sucks, Hendo will fight Silva, and that they are continuously working on a network tv deal.
The question and answer session quickly turned into a Dana White you are the bestest at everything you have ever done fest/ job fair.
More people asked for pictures than legit MMA questions. Some were actually pretty funny though, and Dana did not dissapoint. One person asked why there are three seats with the ring girls and if he could sit in the empty one, Dana actually said yes!
Another person asked about UFC dvds, Dana is going to send him every single UFC dvd made!
The actual weigh-ins went off without a problem. Everyone made weight, the one note I will make is that Amir looked very small.
During the weigh-ins fighters starting making their way into the venue. Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz both slid in and said hello to fans. I will say this, Tito was all about the fans. He climbed into the stands and said hello to as many fans as possible. Chuck on the other hand seemed aggravated and completely uninterested.
I took a lot of pictures and will post a few shortly after this goes up. If there is anything else you want to know let me know.
