MMA is a sport that is all encompasing. It is rare that a one sided fighter becomes great. To be great you have to do things in and out of the gym. Some of these things are easier said than done, including cutting weight. Brodie is making a huge weight cut for his next fight, and we are honered to be following the cut from the start.
The cutting hasn’t really started getting to him yet, but in time it will, and his blogs will get shorter, and you will be able to tell that he just wants a large pizza!
