Karalexis vs. Pettis Added to WEC 43

Well, WEC 43: Cerrone vs. Henderson continues to shape up well as MMAJunkie reports the addition of TUF veteran Alex Karalexis (10-4 MMA, 1-2 UFC) and up-and-comer Anthony Pettis (7-0 MMA). Pettis won his WEC debut, choking out Mike Campbell (4-2 MMA) with a triangle at 1:49 in the first round. Alex Karalexis has gone 4-2 during his stint in the WEC.
