UFC’s Corey Hill already fighting? Rumor Smashed Here!
By Curtis Clontz on Jun 30, 2009
Last years most gruesome moment in MMA was the unfortunate leg injury of Corey Hill. Hill is a towering 6’4 for the 155 pound weight class of the UFC. Rumors are surfacing around the net that he fought over the weekend. Could this be true? More after the jump…
If you head over to the Fight Finder on Sherdog.com, and check out Corey’s page, it says that he lost by punches to Cortez Coleman.
Corey “The Real Deal” Hill from TUF did not fight on this card! After a little bit of research it appears that a fighter by the name of Cory Hill was indeed the one who participated in this bout.
Cory not Corey, was 1-1 in MMA and is now 1-2.
Rumor is officially smashed! MMAOpinion is currently trying to get an update on Corey and will provide information once we get it.
Don’t forget how bad his injury really was, and that he is still under contract with the UFC. There is no way he could have fought on this card.

Corey Hill trains at Gracie Tampa and he was sparring today at the TNL facility where I train and he looks pretty healthy to me. Next time I train, I will find out if anyone knows when his next fight will be.
