Update: MMA Opinion UFC 94 Contest!

We are giving away Sam Sheridan’s book A Fighter’s Heart along with a FRS Supplement kit (one liquid and one powder supplement – orange flavor) to anyone in the United States or Canada!

Update: We are also including a Gladiator Challenge DVD thanks to the number of people who have entered the contest! You only have a few more days, so make sure you get your votes in before Saturday night!

The rules are simple:

1. Fill out the form below, but please only one submission per user and IP address (we can see your IP address!)
2. Entries must be received before January 31st at 9PM ET. This gives you plenty of time to pick your main-card winners.
3. You must enter a tie-breaker or your entry will be null and void and all that bad stuff. There’s a good chance of a tie in these contests, so don’t forget to fill in all the fields!
4. If a fighter is injured or replaced, that fight will not count in the contest!
5. Prizes will be mailed within one week of receiving your name and address via e-mail or phone via USPS or UPS.

Scoring: Each fight is worth 5 points total. You will get 3 points if you correctly guess fight winner and one point for correctly guessing the round and one point for guessing how the fight ended. The tie-breaker is worth 5 points. If you incorrectly guess the winning fighter, you will receive 0 points for that fight.

Legal stuff: We will not sell, show, or giveaway your name, e-mail address, phone number, or any other information about you. We don’t do that stuff, it’s shady and we hate spam mail too.
