The dummy is a great addition to any grappling regimen, whether you work your positional drills on the ground, develop power by using the dummy for throws, or use the dummy for MMA-specific workouts (shoulder carry, walking lunges, etc.). Both the dummy and the gloves are constructed of premium grade synthetic leather for durability. The MMA grappling gloves have a a moisture-wicking liner that prevents the foam from absorbing sweat. This will keep your gloves from developing odors and prevents breakdown of the protective foam over time. Like the rest of Bad Boy's new MMA Series, the foam used is a dual-layer combination of EVA foam and Gel Infusion Technology.
